Artemia Cysts or Brine Shrimp Eggs

Our Artemia Cysts (approx. 230.000 cysts per gram) , also known as Brine Shrimp Eggs, are harvested from the Great Salt Lake in Utah (USA).

The hatching rate of our GLS artemia is over 90%. The brine shrimps eggs will hatch into Artemia nauplii in 18 to 30 hours (depending on the water temperature). Artemia nauplii are well-known to be the ideal live food for the early stages of many marine, freshwater fish and invertebrates.

Artemia cysts packages available:

Our artemia is available in two different packages:

• Vacuum sealed packages of 500 gram
• Bucket 8 kg

We have large quantities of GSL Artemia in stock.

Artemia hatching systems:

You could use our artemia hatching systems to hatch large quantities of artemia cysts. We have two standard artemia hatching systems available:

• Artemia hatching system small (2 tanks)
• Artemia hatching system large (4 tanks)
